The risks in connection with the goods supplied pass to the buyer upon their delivery into the buyer's possession or to the carrier or place of delivery designated by the buyer, and the seller shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage occurring thereafter unless the risk arises from a defect in manufacturing, in which case the manufacturer shall be liable for such damages.


2. Damage or loss of goods during shipping:

All ink and printer cartridges are inspected upon delivery to the shipping company. The seller will not accept liability for damage to the goods during shipping if the customer receives them. Buyers should not accept damaged or defective goods or sign any receipts until they have visually confirmed that the package is intact and unopened or damaged. If the goods are lost to the shipping company, a new package will be sent to the customer.


3. Transfer of ownership:

Notwithstanding Condition 1, title to and equitable ownership of the supplied goods shall remain with the Seller until the Seller has received full payment of all monies due in respect of the supplied goods.


4. Prices:

All prices quoted by the Seller are subject to change without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller or expressly stated in a tender form issued by the Buyer.


5. Value Added Tax:

All product prices displayed in the store include value-added tax, which will be charged on invoices at the applicable rate.


6. Warranty:

Fahad Nasser Al-Qahtani Trading Establishment guarantees its FQ, Pentium and Deli products against manufacturing defects and malfunctions. It also guarantees that HP, Canon and other brand products are original and not counterfeit. Therefore, you should consult the agents of these brands in case of any problems or malfunctions, whether with printers or inks. The role of our customer service or salesperson is advisory or guidance only in these cases.


7. Product appearance:

The product image displayed may vary due to ongoing changes in the external design, country of manufacture, or year of production. This does not affect the operating performance at all. Therefore, the seller bears no legal responsibility due to differences in the external packaging of the displayed product.


8. Shipping and preparation:

  • We aim to ship your shipment within 24 hours, and to receive it within 3 days at most, so don't worry, we're working hard to make it happen.
  • Order processing takes from 1 to 7 business days (weekends and holidays not included).
  • Order shipping time varies depending on the policies of the selected shipping companies and the customer's city. The shipping company's delivery time to the customer ranges from 1 day to a maximum of 14 days.

Express Shipping Service:

  • Express parcel delivery only applies to orders weighing less than 30 kg at the fee shown during checkout for each order.

Cash on delivery:
